THUMPING SUCCESS
ChemExpo India and co-located shows break records
in exhibitor numbers and attendees
More than 25,000 attendees
thronged Halls 1, 2 and 3 of the Bombay
Exhibition Centre on April 24-25 to
participate in India’s largest showcase
for chemicals, chemical technologies,
process plant & equipment, as well as
chemical logistics. With a record 527
exhibitors on display, the three-in-one
event has scaled up by more than 60%
over the previous edition held in 2023.
ChemExpo India 2024 was co-located
with: ChemProTech India, focused on
chemical process technologies, equip-
ment & supplies; and ChemLogistics
India, focused on chemical warehous-
ing, transport and logistics. A unique
aspect of this year’s event was the
presence of more than 210 companies
exhibiting for the fi rst time. According
to the organisers, ChemExpo Exhi-
bitions Pvt. Ltd. (part of the group of
companies that also publishes Chemical
Weekly), “this speaks both for the
vibrancy in the industry and the fact that
ChemExpo is now widely recognised
as the premier show for the Indian
chemical industry.”
ChemExpo India 2024 was posi-
tioned as a comprehensive showcase of
Indian capabilities in the broad chemical
industry. The theme this year, as in
previous years, was: Connecting India
to the World.
