       AWARDS FUNCTION

       Exceptional performers in chemical industry recognised

       at glittering ceremony

          Some  of the  leading  names  in  the
       Indian and  global chemical industry
       were  amongst the  winners felicitated
       at a glittering awards event organised
       by the Indian Chemical Council (ICC),
       the apex  national body  representing
       all branches of the chemical  industry
       in India, in Mumbai.  The prestigious
       annual awards were presented to over
       20 companies for exceptional  perfor-
       mance in various domains, while three
       individuals  were recognised for ‘Life
       Time Achievements’ (see table for the
       full list of winners).
