       MULTIYEAR OFFTAKE DEAL
       LG Chem to source lithium from ExxonMobil for its

       US cathode facility

       understanding (MoU) for a multiyear
       offtake agreement for up to 100,000 met-
       ric tons of lithium carbonate. The lithi-
