       license  agreement  for rights to Saudi
       Aramco Technologies  Company’s
       (SATC’s) CO   polymer technologies.

       its overall  product offering, allowing
       it to better serve new and existing
       customers in coatings, adhesives, sealants,
       and elastomers (CASE) and other market
       segments.
