 in Maharashtra

 Industrial explosives manufacturer,
 SBL Energy Ltd., has announced the
 opening of a new plant  at its faci-
 lity in Maharashtra, which would pro-
 duce 3,000 tonnes per annum of TNT
 (Trinitrotoluene).  The plant is  located
 on a 225-acre site manufacturing at
 Yenvera in Nagpur, the company said
 in a release. TNT is a chemical explo-
