       industrial  scale  fl oating  green  hydro-
       gen and ammonia project, based on the
       proven concept of a fl oating production
       and offl oading vessel (FPSO). Under the
       agreement, Ohmium will develop PEM
       electrolyser  solutions  for  the  300-MW
       offshore  green  hydrogen  and  ammonia
       synthesis project.

          The  PEM  electrolysers  will  be  in-
       stalled  on  board  SwitcH2’s  268-metre
       FPSO vessel. When complete, the 300-
       MW fl oating facility will have a capacity
