       CIRCULAR ECONOMY
       SK Chemicals to supply sustainable raw materials

       to Malaysian kitchenware maker


          South Korea’s  SK  Chemicals has
       signed an MoU with Malaysia’s plastic
       kitchenware manufacturer LH Plus, to
       supply copolyester and circular recyc-
       led plastic materials.


          SK Chemicals will supply LH Plus
       with up to 2,000 tons of  Ecozen – a
       copolyester containing biomass  –  and
       Skypet CR – a circular  recycled  PET
       made from waste plastics – by 2027. The
       2,000 tons of raw materials can produce
       approximately  100-million  1-liter  water
       bottles.  The two companies will also

       Barentz to buy China’s Fengli to boost Asia Pacifi c
