Anticaking Agent
Available Cationic and Anionic Anticaking Agent formulations for various types of Granular &
Prilled Fertilizers like DAP, NPK, AN, ANP, CAN and Urea. All these formulations are custom
made and supplied based on the customer requirement. We also provide Dosing System for the
round the clock application of Anticaking Agents.
Anticaking Agent cum Coloring Agent
We also have Anticaking cum coloring agent for granular fertilizer. This product gives an
identifying surface color to the granular fertilizer. Normally the product is available in dark
colors like Red, Green, Brown, Blue etc.
Granulating Aid
Granulating Aid is a process additive and it helps the fertilizer industry to maintain their product
quality. The product is especially developed for improving the quality of all types of granular
fertilizers like DAP, NPK, NP, CAN, ANP etc.
Our Granulating Aid is an ideal formulation for Mixed Fertilizers (Granulation Plant) where the
granulation is by water or steam.
Anticaking Agent cum Coloring Agent for WSF
These Anticaking Agent are available in both Cationic and Anionic type depending on the type
of Water Soluble Fertilizer manufactured. The Anticaking Agent is available in various colors
like Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange etc. it can also be supplied in customer desired color
shade. The Anticaking cum coloring Agent after application on to 100% Water Soluble Fertilizer
imparts a good uniform color as well as Anticaking property thus improves the keeping quality
of fertilizer.
Coloring Agent
Normally, DAP fertilizer is colored Black or Brown and the Black or Brown color requirement is
for the entire granule. This type of black color is obtained by addition of the coloring agent in
the process to get a uniform color shade. We manufacture both these products.
Curing Aid
Our Curing Aid is basically a surfactant based formulation. The product helps to enhance the
penetration of Sulphuric Acid into Rock Phosphate and increase the speed of reaction between
the two. This results in reduction in curing time of the SSP fertilizer.
