Semiconductor Grade solvents, specially
produced to meet the stringent requirements of the
semiconductor industry. These solvents offer

VLSI Semiconductor Grade Solvents contain
metal impurities at extremely low concentration and
have very low particle content. These high purity
solvents are critically used in the production of
semiconductor integrated circuits, chips
manufacturing, wet process of microelectronics
such as cleaning and drying of precision electronic
components, as chips, liquid crystals, magnetic
heads, circuit boards, etc.
These solvents can also be used as indispensable
raw materials in the manufacturing of display panels,
semiconductors, solar cells, choosing the right
semiconductor grade solvents, crucial to product
quality.
