       ADNOC, Borealis and Borouge join up with Wanhua

       Chemical to explore polyolefi ns complex in China


          A consortium of UAE State-owned

       Borouge, has initiated a joint feasibility
       study for a proposed greenfi eld specia-

       ration with China’s Wanhua Chemical.

          Borouge is 54% owned by ADNOC
       and  36%  by  Borealis,  while  Borealis
       is owned 75% by Austria’s OMV with
