Arihant Innochem unveils research & innovation centre in Navi Mumbai

Arihant Innochem Pvt. Ltd. (AIPL), a Mumbai-based distributor of excipients and speciality ingredients across the pharma, biopharma, nutraceuticals, personal care, and home care segments, has inaugurated its Research and Innovation Centre in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Mr. Jinesh Shah, Founder and Managing Director of Arihant Innochem, formally inaugurated the centre, calling it “a milestone achievement in Arihant’s scientific journey”. He emphasised the company’s founding principles of growth, innovation, and meaningful partnerships. “With excipients taking the centre stage, this is the right time to establish Arihant’s own lab where newer ideas can be explored and concepts transformed into solutions,” he noted.

The inauguration was attended by representatives of AIPL’s principal partners, including the Lubrizol, Shin-Etsu Chemical, Asahi Kasei, Meggle Excipients, Chemische Fabrik Budenheim, Jungbunzlauer Suisse, Pharmatrans Sanaq, Seqens, Sanyo Chemical Industries, Freund Corporation, Pfanstiehl, and CBC.

Ms. Radhika Thakkar, Head – Business Development, delivered the welcome address, while Ms. Chitra Shah, Head – Technical, spoke about growing importance of innovation in the excipients space. Dr. Sameer Padhye, Manager – Technical Services, presented the centre’s capabilities and roadmap, underscoring its role as a key asset for the company’s future advancements.
